FAQ’s – Nursery or School
Do you have a brochure?
Yes, please contact me with the name of your nursery to request a copy of my brochure. This contains more information on the whole process from photo session to delivery.
Do you pay commission to the Nursery/School?
Yes, a percentage of my sales goes to the Nursery/School or Manager.
Are you DBS (CRB) checked?
Yes, both myself and my assistant are.
Do you offer free staff photos?
Yes, you can choose a 6″x4″ print or digital image, or both.
Do you offer discounts for staff members children?
Yes, please advise us on the day if this applies.
How experienced are you?
Jo and her Assistant have been working together since 2013, photographing up to 40 nurseries 2 or 3 times a year. Jo’s Assistant has 13 years experience in childcare.
How many photos are provided of each child?
Usually we aim for a minimum of 6 photos of each child, providing the parents with a choice of images. They also have the option to mix & match their photos when ordering a money saving set/package.
What happens if a child is not in on the day of the photo session?
Parents are invited to bring their children in for photos during a set timeframe on the day.
How much are the photos?
Prints start from just £9 each, or parents have the option of using the money saving sets.
Do you offer digital photos?
Yes, prices start from £12 per original digital image. Please advise the parents to email me with their enquiry.
Who packages the orders?
Once the prints have been received back from the lab, myself and my Assistant quality check and package the images ready to be hand delivered or sent by courier to the Nursery/School.
How do we book?
If you would like to book Jo Neville Photography to photograph the children at your Nursery, please contact me with your Nursery name, location and approx number of children.
